Euroceramica offers various payment methods for your purchases.

The currently available payment methods are as follows:

Bank Transfer in Advance

In the case of payment via bank transfer in advance, the dispatch of the ordered items takes place only upon the actual crediting to Cemart’s bank account, which must occur within 5 working days from the order acceptance date. After this period, the order is automatically considered canceled.

The bank transfer description must include the order identifier (year, type, and order number), provided in the order confirmation email.

PayPal

In the case of a purchase using the PayPal payment method, upon order completion, the customer is directed to the PayPal login page.

The order amount is charged to the PayPal account at the time of order acquisition.

In the event of order cancellation, either by the customer or in the case of non-acceptance by Euroceramica, the amount will be refunded to the customer’s PayPal account.

In the event of transaction cancellation, under no circumstances can Euroceramica be held responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, caused by delays in the release of the committed amount by PayPal.

At no point in the purchase process does Euroceramica have access to the customer’s financial information.

Since there is no data transmission, there is no possibility that this data will be intercepted.

No Euroceramica computer system contains or retains such data.

For each transaction executed with the PayPal account, the customer will receive a confirmation email from PayPal.

Cash on delivery

In the case of a purchase using the Cash on Delivery payment method, the customer will pay in cash, up to 2999 euro, the total amount of the order with a 7% surcharge.

In the event of cancellation, the cash on delivery fees will not be refunded.

Credit card

In the case of a purchase using the Credit Card payment method, the customer is directed to the secure and certified payment page of the Mollie circuit.

All types of cards are accepted (Visa, Mastercard, etc.).

Installment payment

In the case of a purchase using the installment payment option, Euroceramica offers a financing service with the Klarna platform. The customer can choose to buy products by paying in three convenient installments, interest-free.

The first payment will be made when the order is processed, and the remaining two will be made every 30 days.
